This site belongs to Bizjak Tech OÜ. The short version: no cookies, no tracking you as an individual, nothing sold to anyone.

Analytics

I use Umami for basic, privacy-friendly analytics, so I can see roughly how many people visit and which pages they read. Umami:

• sets no cookies and uses no fingerprinting,
• collects only aggregate, anonymized data: the page visited, the referring site, and your browser, operating system, device type, and country,
• does not store your IP address and cannot identify you or follow you across other sites.

Because none of this identifies you, there is nothing to consent to, which is why you see no cookie banner. The processor is Umami Software, Inc. (United States); data is kept for up to 6 months. Legal basis: legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).

If you email me

If you write to peter.aleksander@bizjak.tech, I process your address and your message so I can reply and, if we end up working together, follow up. I keep that correspondence only as long as it is useful, then delete it. I will not add you to any mailing list.

Hosting

The site runs on Google Cloud (Cloud Run). As with any web server, the host may briefly process technical connection data, including your IP address, to deliver the page and keep the service secure.

What I never do

I do not sell or rent your data, run advertising, or share anything with third parties beyond the processors named above (Umami for analytics, Google Cloud for hosting).

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask to access, correct, or delete data relating to you, or object to its processing. Email peter.aleksander@bizjak.tech and I will sort it out. You can also complain to a data protection authority (in Estonia, the Andmekaitse Inspektsioon).

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
