I'm Peter. I write the code, ship it, and break into it before someone else does. Seven+ years of taking under-defined, slightly-on-fire projects and getting them to production. I learned to ship on hardware that had no business running a compiler, so I've never needed ideal conditions to get something done.

There's an audit or a launch coming, and you need to know what's actually wrong before someone less friendly finds it. I go in, test it properly, and tell you the truth, no sugar-coating: what's broken, how bad it is, and what to fix first. CEH-certified, 60+ pentests behind me.
Your contractor went quiet, or walked, and something half-built still has to ship with nobody left who understands it. I take it over, work out what's really going on, and pull it forward. Same deal if you just want a senior pair of hands to lead the thing and own the outcome.
You roughly know what you want and need one person who can sit with you, turn it into real requirements, then actually build it. Mobile, web, backend, and the infrastructure under it, shipped to production and kept running, all from the same pair of hands.

A product mid-breakup with the agency that built it: half-documented, half-understood. I took ownership, worked out what it actually did, and kept it shipping while turning it into something a team could maintain.
They had a business and a stack of spreadsheets. I built the software underneath it: a suite of internal tools taken from a vague idea to running in production on their own cloud. When a security incident hit mid-build, I ran the response for that too.
Business records spread across mismatched legacy databases that didn't talk to each other. I built the pipelines to pull it into one place, then fixed the sync and the slow queries so the whole thing actually kept up.
An early-stage money product on a framework that wasn't quite ready for it. I stabilized it, built the bank-grade authentication it needed, and got it over the line under regulatory and uptime rules that don't forgive mistakes.
Penetration tests across public- and private-sector organizations. I found the holes, then wrote them up in language the people fixing them could actually use, not a report that dies in an inbox.
